Went to WI to visit my family. My brother is working in Canada for a year, so I timed my visit while he was in WI for a month. Haven't been there since Christmas, and with kids, boy do things change!
Eliza is 14 months, and walking (albeit like a drunken sailor). Michael is almost as tall as I am, all knees and elbows (just like his dad at that age).
It was great to see everyone. Michael & I camped out in the tent (in his back yard) on Saturday night. On a giant air mattress (not quite the thermarest I'm used to). John made a big fire, so at least that was authentico :-)
At lots of corn-on-the-cob, bratwurst, burgers, fish fry, cheese, watermelon and frozen custard.
Summer in Wisconsin!
