I went out with the California Kayak Friends kayak club today to practice rescues/recoveries. I haven't dumped the Suka yet to see how well I can wet exit from it's snug cockpit and get back in. So it was great to have a support group around for the first flip.
No worries, easy to get out & do a paddle float recovery. Couldn't get the cowboy to work, though. Not enough leverage to dump it from the stern (need to try the bow-raise), and the water in the boat made it just too unstable to re-enter cowboy. Got close, though - need more practice on that one.
Also did T-rescues and bow rescues with others.
It's important to practice this, so you have it if you need it!
