My friend John just completed his certificate in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis. He's been taking classes on-line for several years, and just completed the last one. Hooray!In celebration, John & Sabine hosted a fabulous dinner. Sabine served an Alaska bounty of moose (that they got in March in Fairbanks) and salmon. John kept bottles of fantastic wine flowing. Really, really good wine. I enjoyed it - perhaps a bit too much.
